1. Data Privacy & Information Security Policy
Shootup Agency ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our clients, website visitors, and prospective partners. This section outlines how we collect, process, and protect your proprietary business data when using our website (https://shootupagency.com/) or engaging our marketing services.
- Data Collection: We collect information you voluntarily provide via consultation forms, audit requests, and communications (including name, work email, phone number, website URL, and campaign objectives).
- Confidentiality Guarantee: We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose client data or proprietary marketing figures to third parties. All client analytics, CRM numbers, and revenue figures are treated as strictly confidential.
- Cookies & Measurement: We use standard first-party measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, server-side Google Tag Manager) to analyze website traffic velocity and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
- Data Security: All data transmitted through our website is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption protocols.
2. Client Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property Protection
We believe you should own your marketing assets, data, and digital equity. Unlike agencies that hold client accounts hostage, Shootup Agency enforces strict IP protection:
- 100% Account Ownership: You retain sole administrative ownership of your Google Ads accounts, Meta Business Managers, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and hosting servers. Shootup Agency operates exclusively as an authorized Manager (MCC / Business Partner).
- Asset Ownership: All custom code, website designs, video files, ad creatives, editorial copy, and graphic assets produced during paid client sprints become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon invoice settlement.
- Mutual Non-Disclosure: We routinely sign and uphold bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to onboarding, ensuring your proprietary acquisition economics and marketing strategies remain completely private.
3. Terms of Service & Engagement Guidelines
These Terms govern client engagements with Shootup Agency:
- Sprint-Based Milestones: Services are delivered in structured 14-day or monthly sprints based on an agreed Scope of Work (SOW). We do not enforce punitive long-term lock-in contracts.
- Payment Terms: Sprints are billed in advance on agreed milestone dates. Media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed directly by the advertising platforms to the client's payment method.
- Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate ongoing monthly advisory agreements with a 30-day written notice, ensuring complete flexibility and goodwill.
- Limitation of Liability: While Shootup Agency executes with senior engineering diligence and industry best practices, we cannot guarantee third-party platform algorithm decisions, third-party hosting downtimes, or client-side code modifications outside our direct control.
4. Shootup Agency 100% White-Hat Code of Ethics
Shootup Agency adheres strictly to the guidelines set forth by Google Search Essentials (formerly Google Webmaster Guidelines), Meta Advertising Standards, and Google Ads Policies. We explicitly reject short-sighted black-hat shortcuts that jeopardize long-term domain health:
- Zero Private Blog Networks (PBNs): We never build or rent links from low-quality private blog networks, link farms, or automated link injection networks.
- Zero Black-Hat Cloaking: We never use sneaky redirects, hidden text, or deceptive cloaking techniques designed to trick search crawlers.
- Zero Thin AI Spam: We never scrape or auto-publish thousands of thin, unedited AI articles that violate Google's Helpful Content and Spam policies.
- Zero Fake Engagement / Bot Clicks: We never deploy click-bots, purchased social followers, or artificial engagement rings.
- Ethical Reporting: All analytics and ROAS data presented to clients reflect authentic, unfiltered platform numbers.
